With commitment and tenacity Schinco Parquet has dedicated years to always guarantee quality and service, producing prestigious creations which make it one of the best firms in its field.
Without neglecting the local market, its focus has projected outside the provincial reality: Rome, Milan, Perugia and other national and international destinations.
Historically and artistically relevant is the restoration of monumental works such as the Kremlin Great Palace (Moscow), The Petruzzelli Theatre (Bari) and the San Carlo Theatre (Naples).
Noteworthy is the major commitment to the emergency in Abruzzo, where the firm provided and laid laminate flooring for the wooden houses of the MAP project (about 12.500 square metres!), proving its organizational and technical abilities, within the short time that the urgency allowed.
The undertaken path has opened unexpected perspectives which we hope will lead the Firm towards a satisfying and successful future.
In cooperation with other Italian firms, as subcontractors, Schinco Parquet has taken part in the imposing restoration of the Kremlin Great Palace in Moscow. The fitting, polishing and varnishing of part of the floors with extraordinary inlay involved the presidential hall and other great halls of the building, contributing to restore the past splendour of a work of great historical and artistic value.
Often a firm’s destiny is linked to events which more than others imply character and passion: with great local pride Schinco Parquet cooperated to restore the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari, making the flooring of stalls, orchestra pit, corridors, stairs, dressing rooms and manager’s offices. The particular brushed finish of the pre-finished parquet gives a more well-proportioned beauty to the colossal rebuilding work following the 1991 devastating fire.
Dream of a natural holiday, elegant embrace between sky and earth, innermost essence of the nature perfumes. In laying out the wooden flooring of the whole complex with this conception, Schinco Parquet combined design, comfort and naturalness. Prestigious materials and laying peculiarity inspire dreamlike atmospheres you can breathe in every corner of the Resort.
A real paradise, respectful of the surrounding nature.
The former Santa Chiara convent was restored to accommodate both a school and the ASL outpatient clinic.
A pure conservative restoration with a change of use which has revived the interest in the use of a comfortable and warm material and of a high-quality service suitable for the important purpose the building was meant for.
Stendhal defined it “the most beautiful theatre in the world”. For this jewel the Firm brought all its experience into play.
The restoration included the remaking of the stalls flooring (480 square metres laid in a single day), of the foyer, of the orchestra pit, of the rehearsal rooms and other rooms of the building.
The material used and the experience in the different laying techniques, well reveal the mixing of the Made in Italy technology, quality and elegance and the proper reconstructive precision aimed at restoring in full the well-known charm of this wonderful theatre.
